Women's Day Walk

Join us on 8 March in celebrating International Women's Day at our Women's Day Walk.

We’ll have host of Radio 4's Woman's Hour, Jane Garvey in conversation with actress and women's equality campaigner Gemma Arterton, Radio 1 DJ and feminist Gemma Cairney, founder of Everyday Sexism Laura Bates, and Sri Lankan equal rights campaigner Jayanthi Kuru Utumpala.

We’ll also have performances by West African drumming band Wuntanara before Helen Pankhurst leads our walk through London to the Southbank Centre. To close, we will hear from Laura Pankhurst, director-producer Leslee Udwin and director of upcoming film SuffragetteSarah Gavron.

Join us at our FREE event: 10am at The Scoop More London.

Join us as we unite in solidarity with women across the globe whose basic freedoms and rights to live a decent and fulfilling life continue to be in jeopardy.

We hope you can join us this year and help to make it bigger and better than ever before.
